We cannot guarantee that a product listed as ‘In Stock’ will be in stock when your order is placed, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. As manufacturers, we sometimes experience greater demand for an item than expected, or an unforeseen delay in the arrival of raw materials, which may cause some delay in your order being dispatched, or the item not being available at all.

Wherever possible, you will be notified of delays or unavailable items at the time your order has been received. We do not put items on ‘back order’, so the responsibility for ordering that item when it becomes available again is yours.

Prices and availability of our products and services listed on the website are subject to change without notice.

All prices and charges as listed on the website are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).


Order Acceptance

Your email receipt or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. In this case, we will refund you the purchase price of your order if payment has been made successfully.

In the event that an order confirmation has not been received by DIY Epoxy Australia, or has not been received by the customer, we reserve the right to refund the payment without notice if it has been received without an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us if they have not received an order confirmation.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct details, including email address and/or delivery address when placing an order.

By placing a Direct Deposit order, you are not placing stock on hold. Your order will be processed and dispatched once payment has been made. Until payment has been made, your order will remain unprocessed.


Capacity

The products on this website are only available for sale to individuals who can make legally binding contracts, therefore the products are not available to persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) years of age and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering binding contracts in Australia.

All prices displayed on this website include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD). You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including but not limited to, any customs duty, goods and services tax, or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired by you from this website.

You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account. If payment has not been made after close of month, we will dispose of your order.

Ordering

Sale prices are only available during the sale period specified by DIY Epoxy Australia Head Office (all sale times are Australian Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Saving Time). If you miss the sale for whatever reason, you will not be eligible to receive the sale prices.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including, but not limited to, monthly specials, individual specials (unless otherwise specified), and accessories.

Orders placed during the sale cannot be amended once they have been placed – Please choose your items carefully.

There are no refunds on sale items.


Dispatch

If DIY Epoxy Australia runs out of stock during the sale period, your entire order will be held until stock is replenished.

DIY Epoxy Australia reserves the right to reject any order incorrectly placed.

Due to excessive order volumes, your order may be delayed up to three (3) weeks before being dispatched.

Orders will be dispatched in the order they are received.
